SUCCESSFUL RE-TENDER

A FANTASTIC WAY TO START A NEW DECADE: WE ARE VERY PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE HAVE BEEN AWARDED THE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT AT THE ICONIC CHISWICK PARK ENJOY-WORK FOR A FURTHER 3 YEARS, TAKING US UP TO AN INCREDIBLE 10 YEARS AT ONE OF THE UK’S MOST PRESTIGIOUS WORKPLACES.

JONES FM HAVE PROVIDED MAINTENANCE, FABRIC AND PROJECTS SERVICES TO THE SITE IN WEST LONDON SINCE 2013 AND WE ARE VERY EXCITED TO BE WORKING ALONGSIDE THE MANAGEMENT TEAM AND OTHER SERVICE PARTNERS FOR THE NEXT PART OF THE JOURNEY.

JONES FM WERE APPOINTED AS MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE PROVIDER FOR 20 OLD BAILEY, A LANDMARK WORKSPACE OPPOSITE THE FAMOUS LAW COURTS IN THE HEART OF THE CAPITAL. 

A RECENT MAJOR REFURBISHMENT TO REPOSITION THE 250,000-SQUARE FOOT BUILDING HAS INCLUDED STRUCTURAL CHANGES TO THE ATRIUM, INTERNAL MODERNISATION AND THE ADDITION OF TWO EXTRA FLOORS, CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR BUSINESSES SEEKING A STATE OF THE ART BASE. 

THE CONTRACT ADDS TO JONES FM’S PORTFOLIO OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR SOME OF LONDON’S MOST PRESTIGIOUS BUILDINGS, INCLUDING CHISWICK PARK, ST KATHARINE DOCKS AND 125 OLD BROAD STREET. SENIOR PARTNER BRAD JONES SAID, ‘THIS IS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR JONES FM, AND WE ARE REALLY PROUD TO BE SUPPORTING LONDON’S FINEST BUILDINGS TO WORK EFFECTIVELY FOR THE BUSINESSES THAT MAKE THE CITY THRIVE.’

JONES FM WINS 160 QVS M&E MAINTENANCE TENDER. WE HAVE MANY EXCITING PROJECTS WHICH WILL BE REVEALED IN DUE COURSE, BUT FOR NOW, WE WOULD LIKE TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE HAVE ACQUIRED THE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACT FOR 160 QUEEN VICTORIA STREET.

THIS BUILDING IS MULTI-TENANTED, SIX IN TOTAL, WITH NO RETAIL. IT IS POSITIONED IN CENTRAL LONDON, CLOSE TO BLACKFRIARS STATION.

WHEN WE TAKE ON NEW SITES, WE HAVE A VIGOROUS ACQUISITION PROCESS WHICH ALL MEMBERS OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IMPLEMENT. THIS IS TRACKED TILL COMPLETION. PART OF OUR MOBILISATION PROCESS INCLUDES REGULAR CLIENT MEETINGS, A SMOOTH TRANSITION TO TUPE STAFF, IMPLEMENTATION OF A NEW PPM SYSTEM ALIGNED TO SFG20, A FULL DILAPIDATION REPORT FOR 160 QVS TO REVIEW WITH EXPECTED PLANT LIFE CYCLE REPLACEMENT, FULL INTERNAL HEALTH & SAFETY AUDIT FOR IN HOUSE ENGINEERS AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT AND INNOVATION TO BE USED WHILE SOLVING ALL FUTURE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ISSUES ON SITE.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH AND BUILDING A NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH ALL THE SITE TEAM AT 160 QUEEN VICTORIA STREET. JONES FM CREATES A BESPOKE SERVICE FOR EACH OF OUR SITES AND THIS SITE IS NO EXCEPTION.
