SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER

TOM HAS BEEN WITH US SINCE THE COMPANY WAS FORMED AND PROGRESSED FROM SITE ENGINEER ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO HIS CURRENT ROLE. TOM PLAYS A KEY PART IN THE SUCCESSFUL MOBILISATION OF OUR SITES WHICH INCLUDES THE ASSET VERIFICATION PROCESS AND DILAPIDATIONS REPORTS WHILST ENSURING EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION IS ACHIEVED WITH THE SITE TEAM AND MANAGERS. HE HAS ALSO BEEN TO IMPLEMENTING PROCEDURES FOR CRITICAL ITEMS OF PLANT AND CONDITION BASED MAINTENANCE PROCESURES TO OUR CONTRACTS.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

JJ IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING ALL CONTRACTS AND HELPS TO DELIVER A SEAMLESS MOBILISATION PROCESS ALONGSIDE OUR FOCUSED SITE TEAMS. JJ SUPPORTS THE DELIVERY OF OUR VALUES AND ENSURES THESE ARE DRIVEN FROM THE TOP DOWN AND THIS EVIDENT IN OUR CONTINUED CLIENT RETENTION RATES.
